Roof Shingles: Architectural shingles, 3- tab shingles etc.
Traditional 3-tab design roofing shingles are a perennial favorite due to their reliability and proven track record. Available in a wide range of colors and warranty lengths, traditional 3-tab design shingles offer exceptional roofing value. Marathon Ultra AR carries a limited 30-Year warranty.
Cambridge premium architectural roofing shingles provide durability, low maintenance and the great look of a shake-like appearance at a very attractive price. They're built to last with double layer construction and a tough, modified sealant for superior tear strength values and greater resistance to high winds. Cambridge is available in the unique, computer-generated color blends of its "Nature's Accents" color series. Cambridge 30AR carry a limited 30-Year warranty.

Rolled Roofing Products:.
We feature IKO rolled roofing products, such as Roof-Fast, RoofGuard and AmourGuard as part of an effective shingled roofing system and low-slope roll roof applications.
Roof-Fast is a low-slope roofing material that combines the polymer chemistry of commercial grade modified bitumen membranes with the self-adhesive characteristics of an ice and water protector and the beauty of a granule surfaced shingle.
Roof-Fast Base MA is constructed using an inorganic reinforcing mat of durable, high strength non-woven glass fibers, which is coated and impregnated with SBS modified bitumen. The surface is covered with a thin poly-film, while the underside is sanded to prevent sticking in the roll. Roof-Fast Base MA can only be used as the base sheet in a Roof-Fast system.
RoofGuard-SB is made of a synthetic material that is completely waterproof. It forms an effective water-shedding barrier under shingles or alternative roofing materials, such as shakes, tiles, slate or metal. Even in cold weather, it's incredibly flexible and easy to work with. RoofGuard-SB has a slip-resistant surface which allows roofers to walk on it safely.
Ice and Water Shields:
IKO Armourgard Ice and Water Protector prevents water penetration from ice dams and wind driven rain. It can be used for waterproofing under shingled roofs, as well as an underlayment around chimneys, dormers, vent stacks, skylights and other roof top structures. It can also be used around doors, windows, and as an exterior vapor barrier for foundations and basements.
Grace Ice and Water Shield offers premium leak protection for sloped roofs subject to the effects of ice dams and wind-driven rain. The membrane is designed to be applied to the roof deck prior to the application of the finished roof coverings (shingles, tile, metal). We carry the 3' x 36' and 3' x 75' rolls of Ice & Water Shield, as well as the 75' long Weather Barrier in pre-cut 4", 6", 9", and 12".
Single-ply roofing enjoys the largest share of the commercial and industrial roofing market. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is by far and away the most popular single-ply product used in commercial roofing. Long term dependability, weather ability, and durability are among the primary factors contributing to the demand for EPDM roofs. Today, this technically advanced product is quickly becoming the product of choice in both residential and light commercial roofing applications.
