Tool and Equipment Rentals
Our professional staff will assist you in choosing the most effective type of rental equipment needed to complete your project. We will demonstrate how to operate the equipment so you will be familiar with it when you use it. We perform routine maintenance on all our rental equipment so it is always in top working order. Before a tool or machine gets past its prime, we replace it with a new one. Check our Used Equipment List for bargain sales.
Air Compressors & Accessories Rental
We rent both gas and electric compressors and stock a complete set of hoses to go with the compressors. We rent pneumatic jackhammers with chisels and also pneumatic construction tools, such as nail guns.
Auger (Earth Drills) Rental
We have various size augers for ground drilling. We have both a 1-man auger (tow type) and a 2-man auger. We also rent a 2-stroke 1-man auger perfect for smaller jobs; which comes with 2 bits (5.7" & 7.9") plus an extension - great for established gardens, and sandy or clay-type soils. Bits range in size from 6" to 30" along with 1', 2' and 3' extensions. We have auger kits for mounting on either skid steers or our Toro Dingo. The bit sizes range from 6" to 24" in diameter. Automotive Tool Rental
We have a large selection of automotive tools, including engine cranes (most will fold down to fit in the trunk of a car). We stock plasma cutters, as well as small mig welders and an oxy/acetylene torch kit.
Blower, Heater and Vacuum Rental
We rent forced-air carpet dryers and dehumidifiers. Heaters are available in several models and sizes in both kerosene and propane. We also have wet/dry vacs in various sizes.
Caterpillar Equipment Rental
Check out our line of Caterpillar® skid steer loaders (including the popular 257B tracked skid steer), CAT worktools (attachments) and mini excavators. Both the 302.5 (6k lb) and 304CR (12k lb) have a thumb to make excavating jobs much easier. Our TH63 telehandler is capable of lifting 6000 lbs over 41 feet in the air. All CAT equipment in stock is available for rent on a daily, weekly, or a 4-week basis.
Compaction Equipment Rental
Our Equipment Center has several types of compaction equipment for rent, including our gas-driven models. Our plate compactors consist of both lightweight and heavier units. The 120 lb compactor is used for compacting within a narrow trench or small walkway. Our HD dirt compactors weigh approximately 170 lbs. Our biggest walk behind is a reversible plate unit which weighs 380 lbs. A ride-on roller finishes off the gas driven line.
Concrete Equipment Rental
We rent portable gas-powered and electric cement mixers, power trowels, vibrators, bull floats and chutes.
Dingo and Accessories Rental
The Toro Dingo is the perfect machine when a skid steer is too big or cumbersome. It comes with various accessories, including a pipe puller (vibratory plow) and an auger with bits ranging from 6" to 30". A soil cultivator can be mounted to prep a yard for seeding. A host of forks and a leveler can easily transport bricks, bushes and other landscape items across your yard. The Dingo can be rented with or without the bucket.
Flooring Tool Rental
Our Equipment Center rents a variety of tools and equipment for just about every phase of flooring installation. We have both air and manual floor nailers, floor staplers, polishers, edgers, and sanders - including the popular U-Sand 4-pad Sander! We also have several machines for tile cutting and carpet cleaning. We stock a full supply of sand paper, buffer pads and high quality floor finishes.
Generator Rental
We rent generators from 2000 Watt to 10,000 Watt. Quiet units are available for your next party or function. Our 10K unit doubles as a welder.
Hydraulic Power Pack and Accessories Rental
Our hydraulic power pack is lightweight (120lbs) yet can power a 60lb hydraulic jack hammer or a 14" hydraulic cut-off saw. Diamond blades are available for rent, too!
Ladder and Scaffolding Rental
Lynn Ladder is widely known as a high-quality manufacturer of ladders and accessories. We rent an array of ladders and various types of staging. Our scaffolding is complete with the latest safety features.
Our lawn & garden rental inventory is full of useful items, from a small gas cultivator to a large tractor/loader/backhoe. Our John Deere 110 TLB 4wd tractor has a variety of accessories available for rent, including a brush hog, york rake, tiller, fork and a power angle broom. We have several rollers and heavy duty rototillers. We also rent a full complement of Stihl chain saws, trimmers, and more. Our yard vacuum doubles as a great driveway vacuum. Other products available for rent include Timberwolf log splitters and self-propelled stump grinders, and both 6" and 12" chippers for quick clean up of brush and fallen branches.
Material Handling Equipment Rental
The ever-popular 50' towable lift is available for rent in our material handling inventory. [ALERT: This unit weighs 4,400 lbs and REQUIRES a 4x4 vehicle with minimum tow-capability of 1/2 ton.] Our telehandler is available for larger load lifting. We offer several types of hand trucks and dollies, including a piano dolly.
Paint & Drywall Equipment Rental
We have several airless sprayers and wallpaper steamers available for rent. A combination drywall sander/vacuum helps complement this department. A drywall panel lift makes installing sheetrock and other sheet materials a breeze. We also have a texture sprayer (popcorn sprayer) available for use on ceiling work.
Plumbing Equipment Rental
Our rental options for plumbing equipment include an assortment of drain machines, pipe cutters and Pex/quest crimpers.
Pressure Washer Rental
We rent high-quality, durable cold pressure washers, manufactured specifically for daily use (not consumer units).
Pump and Hose Rental
Our line ranges from a small pool-type pump to a 3" trash pump for those larger jobs. We have a host of submersibles available, as well as a complete supply of hoses. We also stock gaskets, clamps, and other parts to repair your hoses, including replacement parts for a variety of Koshin pumps.
Saws: Gas & Electric Saw Rental
We rent circular saws, a table saw with extended fence, a metal cutoff saw, sawzalls, chop saws, electric and gas handheld cutoff saws, and a full complement of cutting blades and abrasive wheels. Specialty saws such as jamb saws and toe kick saws are also available for rent.
Table and Chair Rental
8' plywood folding tables and light-weight folding chairs (red & black).

Welding Equipment Rental
We have a mig welder, a plasma cutter and a set of small portable torches. Our Lincoln Ranger gas-powered stick welder doubles as a 10K generator. We sell welding tips, mig wire in small rolls, welding helmets, gloves and welding rods.
