Buckingham Steel
The traditional steel climber is an ideal economical climber. The replaceable gaff climbers come with the straight shank standard, but are available with a twisted shank to help reduce chafing for those who have a problem with climbers moving to the back of their heels. The Buckingham Steel climbers are available with either 3-1/2" permanent tree gaffs or 2-3/4" replaceable tree gaffs. Replacement pole gaffs are sold separately. Replacement gaffs are screw-style making gaff replacement in the field quick and easy. This climber is available as a complete set with padded leather pads and nylon straps or without pads and straps so that you can build your perfect set.

Aluminum Replaceable Gaff Stirrups

Aluminum climbers are manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum making them lighter than traditional steel climbers. The 2-5/8" tree gaffs are made from quenched and tempered steel leading to a breaking strength of 40,000 pounds. Sleeves are adjustable from 15-3/4" to 18-3/4" to fit a wide variety of users. All these features result in a lightweight, yet incredibly strong climber that is manufactured to ASTM F887-97 standards.
